A Guide to Planning your Wedding Flowers

Wedding Florist
The biggest question on every bride's mind is.....'When do I book my wedding flowers'? Before you book in your wedding consultation, we suggest to do a little research.  Speak to other brides who've used your desired florist or do a google search for 'florist (florist name) review' to see comments made by past brides and view their website portfolio.
Here at Lillyad we suggest anywhere between 6 to 10 months in advance will give you a good head start and save any stress closer to the day. Ask to see your wedding florist's portfolio to get an idea on their range of work and what styles they can adhere to.
Ask what goes into your wedding contract. Are there alternate flowers available if your desired blooms aren't in season due to environmental factors? If you require wedding centrepiece flower arrangements, what are the delivery, set up and pick up charges on hired vases? What are the cancellation policies?
If you're a visual kind of bride and require a mock up, most florists should be able to provide a loose mock up for you to give you an idea on colours or order in loose bunches for you to buy, but don't expect the actual bouquet unless you're prepared to pay $250+ for the final piece. Mock ups may not always be possible due to seasonal flower availability.
During the consultation ask whether they offer any wedding packages. Most wedding florists offer a complimentary initial consultation and final free consultation. Additional consultations required in between may be charged at an hourly rate.
Ultimately when you decide to book in your wedding florist will fall back on how prepared you are, whichever florist you choose to design your floral decoration trust them.

I intended to crteae you this very small note just to thank you so much as before over the lovely pointers you have documented in this case. It has been certainly particularly generous of people like you to provide without restraint precisely what some people could possibly have marketed for an electronic book to get some profit for their own end, certainly considering the fact that you might well have done it if you desired. The points in addition acted to be a fantastic way to be sure that someone else have a similar interest like mine to see good deal more with reference to this problem. I am certain there are some more enjoyable instances up front for many who looked at your blog.
