  • All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.
  • A $10 delivery fee will be added to your order. This fee covers delivery of your flowers or hampers anywhere in Australia or around the world. There is no more to pay.
  • The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.
  • All product designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Some items may not be suitable to be sent to tropical areas. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
  • Delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. Same day delivery service for orders placed by 2pm AEST Monday to Friday and by 10am AEST Saturdays.

  • Lillypad guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every flower order online and in store. Each flower arrangement delivered by Lillypad or its network of Interflora florists is created by a professional florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests for am/pm deliveries, but only wedding flowers and funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to Lillypad.

Special flower delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

  • A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from orders cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery date.
  • 50% of order value will be deducted from orders cancelled less than 24 hours that have already been prepared and with the couriers.
  • Cancellations can not be made after flowers have been delivered.


Our florists go to great lengths to source the best flowers for your order. Though dealing with an organic product that can be affected by packaging conditions and its surroundings, your flowers may not meet expectations. Refunds are subject to the conditions of each order.


We will require the order number or delivery details, and require a photo or product return to access the conditions of the flowers before a number of resolutions will be made available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Refunds are credited back to the original payment form. Please contact us on 03 9460 2261 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have with the flowers sent or received.


Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.


In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value. Where two prices are listed, the flower and gourmet hampers pictured represent the base or starting value. Choose the higher value and your order will be increased in size/value compared to the image pictured.


Christmas hampers are available at participating stores during the month of December only. All other hampers are available for delivery all year round.


Our Season's Best range has been created to offer you the best possible value. Lillypad and its network of Interflora florists who create and delivers your Season's Best order will make it using the best flowers available locally on the day. We advise requests for specific flowers cannot be met.

  • All prices quoted include 10% GST and fixed for one month valid from the date of quotation, prices may vary thereafter due to market prices.
  • First two consultations are complimentary, further appointments incur a $60/hour fee.
  • A 30% non refundable deposit will secure the booking paid against the quote, the balance to be paid during the final consultation.
  • All photos illustrated are a guide to the colour due to its organic state, flower tones, size and shape variations can occur.
  • limited, seasonal availability, or poor quality can affect supply of flowers at times through the year, it will be Lillypad's priority to contact the bride to offer alternate solutions.


  • Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made at least 1 month prior to the wedding date
  • Non-refundable deposit of 30% of order value will be withheld.
